Adria Linette Ross was born on November 16, 1969 to Ruthie Ross and Michael L. Gunnel in Dallas, Texas. She received her formal education in the Garland Independent School District and received her GED from Garland High School.

Adria accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of New Generation Holiness Church under the leadership of Elder C.E. Yates. She worked as a presser at a local dry cleaners.

Adria loved shopping, going out to dinner and spending time with her family and friends.

On April 22, 2018, Adria left her earthly home to live eternally with her Heavenly Father. She is preceded in death by, her father Michael Gunnel; grandmother Ruthrine Ross; sister Audrey Ross and aunt Joann M. Ross.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother: Ruthie Ross; stepfather: Bennie Duckett; children: Stacy Ross, Thomas D. Ross, Bernard K. Ross, Jasper Ross, Steve Ross, William James Ross, Da'Montas Smith (Honey), Vernice Stanfield, and Joshua Ross; grandfather: Willie K. Ross; sisters: Natasha Ross and Temekia Duckett; brother: Bennie D. Ross; aunt: Georgia Ross; uncles: Albert Ross, Willie K. Ross, Johnnie Ray Ross and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
