IN LOVING MEMORY OF
A'Layah Skye
Hightower
January 9, 2020 – February 1, 2020
On January 9th, 2020 A'Layah Skye Hightower was born at 10:22 pm at Mansfield Methodist Hospital. She came into this world only weighing 1lb 7.9 oz with a head full of beautiful hair. She had the biggest feet and the longest fingers ever. That's when we knew she was definitely a Hightower!! A'Layah was a feisty little girl from the start, always kicking and stretching her little arms, but she didn't like anyone touching her it was the cutest little thing, and what everyone loved most about her. She made everyone smile, brought lots of joy and happiness to those around her. Even though her time here on earth was short she made the biggest impact on our hearts, and we will forever be grateful for that.
On February 1, 2020, at 3:53 am God called his beloved Angel Home to be reunited with him.
A'Layah leaves behind her mother Alexius Hightower; father Alvin Hemphill III; sister Acelyn Hamilton; Grandparents: Felicia Lewis, Ralph Hightower (Tarsha), Alvin Hemphill Jr. (Jeneen); Great grandparents: Earnestine McCloud, Eunice Groves, Yvonne Robertson, Ralph Hightower Jr. (Gail), Alvin Hemphill Sr.; Great-Great-Grandmother Alice Hightower and a host of other family members.
A'Layah is preceded in death by her Great-Great grandparents Ralph Hightower Sr., Ralph Caldwell Sr.; Great-Great grandmother Ella Mae Caldwell; aunt Mylaya Lewis, and cousin Destiny McCloud.
