Annette Washington was born July 8, 1946 in Dallas, Texas.  She attended the Dallas Independent School District. She enjoyed a tenure of over 30 years with Southwestern Bell, still retiring early due to her years of service.

Annette, had a quiet and calming way about her. She was extremely devoted to her family. She always had an ear for you if you called and loved everyone. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Harding; father, Virgil Hoard; stepfather, Garvin Harding Sr. and brother, Kevin Harding.

She leaves behind a loving husband of 31 years, Lawrence Washington Sr; daughter, Lashonda Owens (Donnie); granddaughter, Amauria Owens; brothers, Garvin Harding Jr. (Betty), Gerald Harding (Trena) and Leonard Harding (Sondra); stepdaughter, Conya Harris-Carter (Larry), stepsons Bryan Ford (Willa) and Lawrence Jr; nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends that she loved dearly.
