Annie Mae Jones Williams was born on April 18, 1924 in Palestine, Texas. She was the daughter of Nancy Johnson Jones and Lonnie Jones.

Annie was a longtime employee of Stern's Dress Shop and Presbyterian Hospital where she worked as a receptionist. She also worked at Republic Bank as a Data Operator.

On November 27, 1940, Annie married the love of her life Charlie Williams, Sr.

She loved sewing and painting. She received several first place awards in the Tyler, Texas State Fair.

Annie was preceded in death by both her parents; husband Charlie Williams, Sr.; two sons: Grady Wilson and Lonnie Williams; and sister Louise Mosley.

She is survived by one daughter: Portia Ann Williams of Dallas, Texas; two sons: Otis Williams of Dallas, Texas and Charlie Williams, Jr. of Garland, Texas; one daughter-in-law: Melba McMillen Wilson of Tyler, Texas; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
