Arnetta Cathie Walker, the daughter of the late Henry and Anna Cathie was born on February 13, 1949 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 8, 2018 in Dallas, Texas.

Arnetta accepted Christ at a young age. She received her formal education in Pittsburgh Public School System. In her later years, Arnetta married and became the wife of Johnnie A. Walker. She was a devoted and loving wife for 35 years.

She was a faithful and loyal member of Greenville Avenue Church of Christ. Arnetta worked for Sears and after many years of working, she retired. She was a part of the Red Hat Club for many years. She loved knitting, sewing, drawing and word puzzles but her favorite thing to do was to watch her beloved Texas Rangers, and she was their number one fan

She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie A. Walker, her daughter Nicole Jackson and twenty of her siblings.

She leaves  to mourn, children: Evette Rufus (Michael), Daryl A. Walker (Gloria), Chris (Casper) Jackson, Shawndalaya Davis (Darry Davis); grandchildren: Mike Rufus, Jr., Corey Appleby, Shawnishica Shaw, Clarence Walker, Shane Davis, Stephanie Rufus, Jiory Walker, Monique Walker, Shawnnice Villard, Ma'Kayla Jackson, Madison Jackson and host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends .
