Mrs. Barbara Jean Haggerty was born on July 7, 1950, in El Campo, Texas to the late George Lee Baylor, Sr., and Lena Ray Purvis. She received her education from Dunbar High School and graduated in 1969.

Barbara was a Bus Driver for Fort Worth Independent School District for 7 years and later worked for Fort Worth Transit for 18 years. Barbara later retired from BNSF Railroad.

She is preceded in death by her husband Lon Haggerty.

Those left to cherish her beautiful memories are two sons: Oscar Lee Turner, Jr., and Anthony Ray Turner both of Fort Worth, TX.; two brothers: Curtis Lee Baylor, and George Lee Baylor, Jr. both of Fort Worth, TX.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
