This beautiful light first shined on September 4, 1976, bringing so much joy to her parents, Mae Katherine Hawthorne-Williams and Herman Williams, both proceeding her in death.

Brahna grew up in the church and developed a deep faith and strong belief in the Lord.

She graduated from Lamar High School (Arlington, TX) in 1995.

She embodied a strong work ethic that assisted in advancing her professional career. She held many professional positions with different organizations in Corporate America, including serving as a Specialist at Christus Health, and later Project Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Brahna brought light and joy to the people around her. She loved her Family and enjoyed spending time with them for holidays, birthday celebrations, family gatherings or just fun times to bond.

Her real pride and joy were her two children: Tyler Stephens and Aleah Walton. She lit up whenever she spoke of them, and always encouraged them to be the best they could be in all endeavors.

She married the love of her life, Virgil Bryant on January 7, 2008, and cherished the commitment they shared until her death.

Brahna was called to rest at 7:02a.m. on November 29, 2023.

She leaves to cherish her memories: son Tyler Stephens; daughter Aleah Walton; husband Virgil Bryant; stepson Keavion Douglas; older brother Devon DeTroy Hawthorne (California); stepsister Jancie Williams (Detroit, MI); and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends of whom will miss her beautiful smile, kindness and pure joy. Her light will never dim in their hearts.
