Mother Brinda's life was all about serving Yahweh, her family, being there for the saints and her friends. She was full of joy and she never ceased to remind each of us of the importance of serving Yahweh! She would always say, "be of good courage" or "stay encouraged". Her cooking brought people together and you know when you were invited to her home you would be served a meal fit for a king. Most of all Mother Brinda reverenced her husband, Apostle Steven Diaz, as unto Yahweh. She lovingly called him "cheepie". She also taught the sisters to respect their husband, calling him lord, just as Abraham's wife, Sarah did. She not only called her husband "lord" but she treated him as such! She also loved and taught their son, Joseph Diaz, how important it is to serve Yahweh. She would work with him to help him memorize scriptures since the age of 2yrs old and even as a teenager that labor of love is still evident through him today.
