Carlos Deone High Sr. was born on March 1, 1981. At three months old his biological mother gave him away to her sister Gail Wilson and her brother in law Leroy Rowett who raised him as their own. He graduated from Mansfield High School in 1999.

Carlos was united in holy matrimony to the love of his life, Tina High and they shared many wonderful years together.

Carlos loved his family and he loved spending time with them. He would always be willing to help his grandchildren with their homework. He loved playing dominoes and making those he loved smile and laugh.

He is preceded in death by, his father Leroy Rowett and his grandfather David High, Sr.

Carlos leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife Tina High; mother: Gail Wilson; three sons: Carlos, Jr., Rashad, and Jemal; three stepchildren: Natosha, LaQuesha, and Mark; five sisters: Rochelle, Ylonda, Nechole, Kendra, and Shanika; five brothers: Kenneth Jr., Terrell, Darris, and Kaltenburn; nine grandchildren: Julius, Joshua Jr., Jordan, Milton Jr., Adrian, Jaxon, Markel, Khalil, Jkyrah and a host of other relatives and friends.
