Carlos Bernard Perkins was born on November 24, 1993, in Garland, Texas at Memorial Hospital. On June 7, 2020, Carlos transitioned to his eternal home in Heaven.

Carlos received his formal education in the Garland Independent School District and was a graduate of Rowlett High School. He enjoyed playing sports and making people laugh with his drawing sense of humor.

Those left to cherish precious memories of Carlos are, his mother Caricia Henderson; children: Laqueshia, Caden, Callie, and Laila; sister Larissa Malone; cousin Summer Hillary; grandmother Deborah Henderson; grandfather Melvin Jones; great-grandmother Faye Henderson; aunts Latasha Henderson and Cherie Armstrong; uncle Demarcus Henderson; cousins: Jasmine Melton, Lamarcus Melton, Timesha Okoronkwo and a host of other relatives and friends.
