Carmen Demetrice Carey was born on December 25, 1961 in Monroe, Louisiana. She leaves to cherish her parents Robert and Ethel Carey. She moved to Dallas, Texas at a very young age.

Carmen always showed herself to be friendly. She never met a stranger. Carmen was well known as "CC" and she had a very outgoing personality. She was able to maintain relationships with people that she met from as early as elementary school until God called her home.

She was preceded in death by her son Billy Charles Carey.

Carmen leaves to cherish her memories, husband George Hubbard; two daughters: Tosha Spence (Kato) and Jasmine Pollard; sister Monica Jones; brother Darren Carey; two nephews: Jeffery Jones II and Robert Jones; nine grandchildren and a host of uncles, cousins, and friends.
