elestine Siddall was born on April, 26th 1945 to the late R.J Bennett and Katherine Smith Chatman in Dallas, TX. She departed this life on October 18, 2018.
Celestine attended N.W. Harllee Elementary School and graduated from James Madison High School. She was a God-fearing woman who loved the Lord.
Celestine accepted Christ at an early age, and was baptized under the late pastor Rev. A.L. Wilburn of True Purpose Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. Later in life, the family moved their membership to Community Outreach Missionary Baptist Church, under Pastor Henry C. Green.
Celestine had a great love for western movies, her family and her children. Most importantly, she had an undeniable love for Christ.
Celestine was preceded in death by her brother Michael Smith
Celestine leaves to cherish her memories; her children: Shandra Williams, Larry Crayton (Tracey), Charlotte Siddall (Paul), Cathy Siddall and Gregory Siddall. Grandchildren: Isha Edwards (Michael), LaToya Collins (Dante), Christopher Smith Sr., Anthony Siddall (Stephanie), Kourtney McCoy (Phylicia), Jessica Stewart (Jerran), Errin Siddall, Jesse Jr. Williams, Jennifer Crayton, Aleah Crayton and 20 great grandchildren. Her sisters: Claudette Hickman (Gene), Lydia Smith, and her baby sister Verleshia Chatman. Her brothers: Leonard Ray Smith (Gloria), Charles Chatman, Donald Gene Chatman and Joseph Chatman (Jilda). She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
