Charles Anthony Evans was born in Dallas, Texas on April 29.
1965, to the parentage of Billy Ray Brown and Darlene Evans.
Charles Evans was more than just a name; he was a beacon of

kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. As a devoted husband,

father, son, grandfather, brother, and friend, he touched the

lives of everyone he met. Charles had an infectious laugh, a warm
smile that could brighten the darkest days, and an endlessly giving
heart.
A devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Charles's enthusiasm for
his team was infectious. His heart raced with every touchdown,
and his cheers echoed throughout the room during every game.
He exemplified the true spirit of a fan, demonstrating loyalty and
dedication through both victories and defeats.
Beyond his love for football, Charles's greatest passion was his
family. Charles was a family man in every sense. He prioritized
his wife, children, and grandchildren above all else. His weekends
were filled with laughter from family gatherings and barbecues.
He showed us the importance of being present, cherishing every
moment, and nurturing the bonds that matter most.

He is survived by death by his loving wife Elaine; Loving children

Charles Brumfield, Dontae Brumfield, Tatiana Evans, Sophia Evans,

and Kamilah Evans; Mother Darlene Brown; Brothers: Sherman Brown (Laretha),

James Brown (Kathy), Tyrone

Brown (Chandra), Eric Evans (Marlo) Daniel Evans (Nikki); Two

sisters Bridgette Martin (Gary), and Cynthia Brown; 13 grandchildren

and a number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
