Charles Lee Jones was born to Jessie (JD) Jones and Marry Foods Jones on February 10, 1948, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Charles served his country very honorably by serving in the United States Army.

He is preceded in death by his father JD, mother Mary, brother Jessie Jones, Jr. and two grandsons: Marc Anthony Cheeks and Booker Toliver Jones.

Charles leaves to cherish his memories, four daughters and six sons: Debra (Tyrone) Sims of Columbia, SC., Felicia (Gralan) Alexander of Alton, IL., Heather  Brown and Tobe Johnson of St. Louis, MO., Tracy Darnell Jones and Charles Lamont Jones of Pine Bluff, AR., Derek Levell Jones of Ft. Worth, TX., Charles L. Jones, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV., Travis Jones of Alton, IL., and Scott (Ebone) of Bloomington, IN., three sisters and two brothers: Dorothy Jones, Rosemary (Bobby) Ross both of Pine Bluff, AR., Judy Jones Hayes of Garland, TX., Edward Charles Jones of Marietta, GA., and Robert (Diedre) Jones of Little Rock, AR.; devoted life partner Francine Jones of Hutchins, TX.; twenty-eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
