Christie Rena Moore was born on January 20, 1975, in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Willie Louise Wright and Jessie James Lewis. She received her formal education from MT Enterprise Independent School District.

Christie accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Wylie Chapel Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.

Christie loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and the rest of her loved ones. At any given time, she could be found in the local game room having fun.

She is preceded in death by, her mother Willie Louise Wright, father Jessie James Lewis, step-mother Lillie Mae Startling, and brother Derrick Moore.

Christie leaves to celebrate her wonderful life and cherish her great memories, her children: Renisha Shepherd, Quillan Moore, Damonte Moore, Wytanisha Thomas, and Lakabin Thomas; brothers: Waymond Moore, and Jessie Burnett Lewis; sister Sharon Dianne Brumsey; seventeen grandchildren; fifteen nieces and nephews; special cousins Demetria, and Jermaine Jackson and a host of other relatives, and cousins.
