Darius D'Angelo Jones was born on April 15, 2007 in Arlington,
Texas to Takela McGee- Garrett. On April 15, 2023, God saw
fit to call his son back home on the very day he was born.
Darius was special. He was a typical teenager…playful, but
always willing to go above and beyond to help anyone. The
simple things in life brought great joy to Darius. He loved
sports, being outdoors, playing video games and hanging with
his friends. His personality was contagious, and his smile could
light up any room. Darius' great attitude and loveable
personality both helped make him as popular at school as he was
in the community.

Takela Garrett; dad Omar Garrett; grandparents Nicky
Stevenson, Freda Wilson and Tommy McGee; siblings Trevon,
Javon, Cordae, Omerial, Omar Jr., Genesis; aunts Jasemine and
Jade McGee; best friend Xavier Bell and a host of family and
friends.
Darius D'Angelo Jones will be fondly remembered and deeply
missed by those who knew and loved him.
