Dennie De'Artis Jones was born on May 6, 1967. He was born to the parentage of Margaret Jones and Lee Taylor. He received his formal education from the Marshall Public School System.

Dennie was a member of Liberty Church. He was the proud father of two sons and six grandchildren whom he loved with all his heart.

"Whoever believeth in Him..." John 3:15

Dennie entered into his eternal resting place on June 10, 2025. He was preceded in death by his mother ~ Margaret Jones, father ~ Lee Taylor, brothers ~ Marlon, Bennie, Shannon, and sister ~ Jennifer.

Dennie will forever remain in the hearts of his sons~ Dennie "Den Den". Sedarius "Gooba"; grandchildren ~ Denniyah, Aniyah, Zoie, Dennie (DJ), Zaielle, Zariyah; brother ~ Markette, sisters ~ Marie and Yakita Lynn; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
