Déon O'Neal Scott, "Pookie", as he was fondly called by friends and
family, was born in North Richland Hills, TX, on July 26th, 1989 to
Rochana Taylor Harrison and Freddie Scott. He grew up in Fort
Worth (Saginaw), where he attended Boswell High School and graduated with honors.

Déon was a hardworking and dedicated person who excelled in all he
did. He was known for his exceptional mind and intelligence. He was
accepted into the University of Arkansas, but life's circumstances prevented his attendance.

Despite his busy schedule, Déon always made
time for his family and friends. He was a loving and caring brother
who was always there for his siblings whenever they needed him. He
had a great sense of humor, a calm demeanor and he always knew
how to put a smile on your face.

In his free time, Déon enjoyed drawing, making music, working out
and dreaming up the next big thing in fashion. Although not always
expressed, he was always eager to share his knowledge and experiences with those he loved.

Déon is preceded in death by his maternal Great-Grandmother Ruby
Taylor and his son Mansion O'Neal Scott.
Déon leaves to cherish his memories: his parents, Rochana Taylor
Harrison and Freddie Scott, his daughter, whom he loved dearly,
Maceah Ro'Yale Scott, his siblings Jarvis Scott, C'Moine Taylor, Keiwaun Scott, Sjon Taylor, Kylecia Skinner and Freddie Scott Jr, exwife Marshalaye Scott, niece Annalise Taylor, maternal grandparents
Darryl & Vera Ruffin, paternal grandparents Jimmy White (Gloria) &
Alma Scott, aunt Ronda Chappell (LaMont), uncles Robert Montelongo, Christopher Hollie (Nomisha) and a host of cousins and
friends.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
