Diane Graves was born on October 15, 1956 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Oliver and Juanita Graves. She was the second sibling of six children.
Diane received her formal education in Dallas, Texas. She attended Franklin D. Roosevelt High School.
She accepted Christ at an early age. As she grew older, she united with Faith and Power Ministries under the leadership of Apostle James C. Turknett. She was a dedicated member who loved and worked faithfully as the Kitchen Coordinator for several years. She was loved and adored by many members.
Diane was united in Holy Matrimony to Don Gene Simmons and to this union four beautiful children were born. She was a devoted wife and mother who was very protective of her children and grandchildren. Diane loved spending time with her family. She cherished the bonds that she had with her family and friends. She would lend a helping hand to those in need and would often The love, compassion and care she had for her family and friends will be missed.
Diane is preceded in death by her husband Don Gene Simmons; father Oliver Graves; mother Juanita Graves and great nephew Dominique Graves.
