Dallas affectionately known as "Dale" or "D" was educated in the Richardson School District. He also attended University of North Texas in Denton. He accepted Christ at an early age. God had ordained his calling into the ministry January 26, 1983. Through his life he attended and ministered within several churches. He matured in his ministry at Christian Fellowship Center under the teaching of his mentor, his brother Apostle Joel D. Rudolph, Sr. He touched many lives through his prophetic word.
