Estelle Lafayette was born May 11th of 1942, to Fred and Elizabeth Dabney. On the evening of November 8th of 2025, Estelle peacefully transitioned from Earth to Glory.

She was preceded in death by both parents Fred and Elizabeth Dabney; brothers, James, Roosevelt, Fred Jr., Robert, Raymond, and Willie; sisters, Margarine, Juanita, and Audrey Faye.

Estelle was baptized at Cedar Grove Christian Church when she was a teenager. She later joined Church of God in Christ.

Estelle was a devoted mother and grandmother, who loved deeply and guided with unwavering care. Estelle's strength, warmth, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. Her laughter, compassion, and wisdom will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

Estelle leaves to cherish her memories: three beloved daughters, Tonya, Tammie, and Tashunda; her devoted sister, Lorenza Crenshaw; four grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Estelle Lafayette will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
