Faye Ethel Irvine was born October 25, 1948 in Newton, Texas to R.B. Hawthorne Irvine and Preston Irvine.

She received her formal education and graduated from Kerr High School in 1967.

After graduating, Faye moved to Dallas, Texas where she married and had four children.

For the next 30 years, Faye nurtured and took care of many children at the Margie Faye Foundation, as if they were her own. With a heart of gold, she was willing to open her heart and home to many family and friends, if she had, so did you.

On Thursday, May 24, 2018 God called Faye home. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Ri Donnie; mother R.B. Hawthorne Irvine; father Preston Irvine; great grandson Dovon Irvine and five siblings.

Faye leaves to cherish her memories, her children: Tina Irvine (Lamon), Rodney Thompson (Tina), Ronnie Thompson and Rhonda Thompson; four grandchildren: Donovan Irvine, Donetra Irvine, Timothy David, and DeMarco Wilson; three siblings: Chester Irvine (Diann), Helen Shankle (Harold), Arthur Irvine and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
