Gary Lamonte Brown was born to Roy Scott and Velencia Brown on January 28, 1974, in Dallas, Texas. Gary grew up in Dallas, Texas.

Gary received his formal education in the Dallas Independent School District. He attended Bryan Adams High School and later graduated from trade school.

Gary was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan who loved to spend time with his family. He was loving, caring, and kindhearted. He was an absolute joy to be around. He loved to laugh and have a good time. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Roy Scott and Velencia Brown, Gary leaves behind two beautiful daughters, Gary'Sha Brown and A'Garyan Brown; five grandchildren, Braylan Reed, Zaniyah Agnew, Jayceon Agnew Ned, Ray'Viana Agnew Ned and Za'Kairya Agnew Ned; two brothers, Gerald Brown (Marilyn) and David Brown; four sisters, Renisea Kincaid, Stephanie Scott, Patricia Scott and Debbie Scott; and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

As we remember Gary, our hearts are heavy with sorrow, but also filled with love. We remember not just a man who left us too soon, but a son, father, grandfather, brother and friend who lived life fully, loved deeply and left a trail of joy wherever he went. He will live in our hearts, our smiles and our love, Always.
