The celebration and legacy of the life of Gary Don Elliott began on September 8, 1957.  New life was brought forth to the late Freddie Mae Elliott-Hill and Joe Davis.  Gary attended Grade school and High School in Tyler, Texas.  Shortly after graduating, he enlisted into the Army where he served his Country.  He was later honorably discharged.  He worked for Coates Screen Company where he retired after 20 years of service.

Gary married the love of his life, Brenda Ann Moore on February 22, 1977.  The Lord blessed them with two beautiful children, Tamara Latrece Washington (who went home to be with her Heavenly Father on August 21, 2018) and Keri Elliott-Copeland.

He was preceded in death by his baby brother Alonzo E. Hill, Jr., his very own daughter, Tamara Latrece Washington (Leroy Gay II), mother Freddie Mae Elliott-Hill, father Joe Davis.

Gary leaves mourning his departure yet cherishing his memories:  wife Brenda Ann Moore-Elliott, daughter, Keri Elliott-Copeland; one bonus son Sederick Copeland; three grandsons:  LeDavian, Christian,  Josiah; three sisters, two brothers, and a host of relatives and friends both near and far.
