A GLIMPSE AT THE LIFE OF
Herndon Street

Herndon Street was born on June 27, 1944 to the late John Street
and Ginnie Vee Wofford. He was born in Poynor, Texas.
Herndon enjoyed fishing and he loved listening to the Blues. He
was a carpenter of which he roofed several homes in the
Dalworth Community.
Herndon is preceded in death by his parents John Street and
Ginnie Vee Wofford. Along with other family and friends:
Reverend George Morris, Mattie Williams, Jessie Street, Billy
Shaffer, Robert Street, John S. Street, Calbert Street, Alonzo
Street Hattie Mae Watkins and Tressie Brooks.
Herndon leaves to cherish his memories devoted children: son
Herndon Street Jr., Michael Hutchinson and daughters Carolyn
Street , Linda Hutchinson; his grandchildren Alissa Alexander,
Marquis Sanders, Wellborn Alexander and Herndon Street III.
Herndon Street will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
