Jacob De Contreras was born on May 31, 1996 in Dallas, Texas to Benito Contreras and Lenise P. Nelson.

He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandmother Lonnie Bell Jackson; maternal grandparents Percy Paris and Bertha Paris; paternal grandparents Miguel Contreras and Michaela Ramos; maternal uncle Percy Paris, Jr.; paternal uncle Reymundo Contreras and aunt Tomasa Contreras.

Jacob leaves to cherish his memories his father Benito Contreras; mother Lenise P. Nelson; two brothers: Raylon Paris and JeCole Jackson; two nephews: Raylon Paris, Jr. and JeCole Jackson, Jr.; aunts: Sylvia Paris, Ignacia Contreras, Carolina Contreras and Modesta Contreras; uncles: Terry Jackson, James Paris, Lance Paris, and Gilberto Contreras; cousins: Rasha, Garron, Ivan, Ree-Ree, and Carolina as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
