Obituary

In loving memory of Jacqueline Renee Dixon, who gracefully
transitioned from this life on February 16th, 2024.
Born on July 3rd, 1958, to the loving parents Herman Glen Dixon
and Wanda Jean Dixon, Jacqueline embraced her faith at a young
age and found solace as a devoted member of the Evening Chapel
AME Church in Grand Prairie.
Known for her vibrant spirit and radiant personality, Jacqueline
touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. A
connoisseur of music, her passion for melodies blossomed into the
creation of her own musical sanctuary, 3D Records, in the vibrant
era of the 1980s. Through her store, she shared not just music but a
piece of her soul with all who entered.
Jacqueline's legacy of love, laughter, and entrepreneurial spirit will
forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth, and her son,
Darrell, who was her pride and joy. Jacqueline's fun-loving nature
and entrepreneurial drive endeared her to many, and her memory
will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was proceeded in death by her mother, Wanda Jean Dixon and
her brothers, Aubrey Ray Dixon and Leamon Dixon.
She leaves to remember her inspiration: her husband, Kenneth
Whitfield; father, Herman Glen Dixon; son, Darrell Dixon
(LaShunda); four grandchildren, Quintin Dixon, Kendrell Dixon,
Ariana Dixon and Darrielle Dixon; three great grandchildren,
Kenslie Jones, Kingston Thomas and Navy Dixon; one sister,
Audrey Faye Dixon; four brothers, Charlie Taylor, Ritchie
Milligan, Sr., Glen Dixon (Casandra) and Andrew Dixon, Sr.
(Sheri); along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
