IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jannie P.
Lynch
June 11, 1937 – December 21, 2025
Jannie P. Lynch was born to Isabella P. Drumgold and Robert Drumgold on June 11, 1937, in North Carolina. She moved to Texas in 1998 where she resided until she was called to her heavenly home. She lived to be 88 years old.
Jannie was the widow of John W. Lynch and the proud mother of nine. She will forever be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love and support for her family.
She was preceded in death by three of her children, Louise Locke, Willis Lynch and William Lynch; as well as her parents, and two sisters, Mary
Rivers and Clara Smith.
Those left to cherish Janine's loving memories are her children, Arnette Lipps, Barbara Lefall, Gale Lynch, Delores Lynch, Janice Lynch, and Shirley Lynch. Through her children, she was blessed to have sixteen grandchildren, sixty-three great grandchildren, thirty-four great-great grandchildren, and five great-great-great grandchildren. In addition to her host of grandchildren, she was also the aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Jannie could be found spending her free time either fishing or cooking. Being known as a great cook, there weren't too many dishes she didn't cook; with one of her favorites being fish and grits, which she usually caught the fish herself on one of her fishing adventures.
Just as Jannie had a large family, she loved everyone who entered into her life, being affectionately called Mama or Nana. True to her nature
as a Woman of God, she was loving, kind, and respectful to everyone she met. She spent her time and years with her loved ones, family and friends.
As we mourn Jannie's passing, we also celebrate her beautiful life, lasting legacy, and the unconditional love she so freely shared with everyone around her. She will be profoundly missed and forever adored in the hearts of her family and friends.
You left us beautiful memories; your love is still our guide. Although we cannot see you, you're always at our side.
"We Love You, Mommy" always and forever.
