Jaqueline Devile Leslie "Qua", was born on February 24, 1993, in Wylie, TX. to Jacqueline Denice Wiley and Carthel (Joe) Leslie. Qua received his education in the Garland Independent School district and received his diploma from JOB Corp.

Qua was fun and loving. He was a devoted father, brother, son, and friend to many. Those who came in contact with Qua would say that he was a very genuine person, what you saw was definitely what you would get.

He is preceded in death by his great grandmother Sally Wiley; great grandmother Dorothy Brooks; grandfather Willie Jones; grandmother Gwendolyn Goodson Ervin and grandfather Charles Wallace.

Qua leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Jacqueline Wiley;  father and mother Carthel (Joe) and Kairsha Leslie of Fate, TX.; son Jakari Deion Leslie of Dallas, TX.;  three daughters: Annalise Denyse Leslie of Dallas TX.,  Jazzelle Desireae Leslie of Garland TX., and Liv Denice Leslie of Dallas TX.; grandmothers: Mary Skinner and Hattie Wallace; grandfather Rickey Wright; great grandmother Dorothy Jones; 3 siblings: Hybundia Goodson, Tammera Goodson, and Keishawn Leslie; uncles: Terrence Wallace, Rickey Skinner, Demarcus Henderson, and Willie Ray Skinner; aunts: Belinda Wiley, Nekkia Francis, Audrey Lewis (Robert), and Betty Joe Curley; great aunt Priscilla Bowen; special aunt Mae Westbrook and a host of other relatives and friends.
