Glenn Hardy

Joseph Glenn Ray Hardy, 63, entered his heavenly home suddenly and unexpectedly. With both deep sorrow and gratitude, his family celebrates a life defined by love, presence, and unwavering faith.

Born February 10, 1963, to Joseph Chester Hardy, Sr. and Theresa Marks Hardy, Glenn was the youngest of seven children. From an early age, his joyful spirit and kindness made a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Glenn was a devoted father, loving grandfather, cherished brother, and faithful friend. Affectionately known as “G-Pop,” he found his greatest joy in spending time with his grandchildren—playing, laughing, and creating memories they will treasure forever. He was known for truly showing up for others, offering encouragement, warmth, and genuine care to all.

He dedicated over 30 years as an accountant with Bank of America, where he earned the respect and friendship of many. Outside of work, Glenn enjoyed basketball, music, dancing, and time with family. He had a unique ability to bring people together and make everyone feel seen and valued.

Above all, Glenn loved the Lord. His life reflected his faith in Jesus Christ, and his testimony was a source of strength and inspiration to those around him.

Though his passing leaves a profound void, his family finds comfort in the promise of eternal life and the legacy of love he leaves behind.
