Joseph Oguntodu was born on April 23, 1984, in Dallas, Texas. He received his formal education from South Grand Prairie High School. Joseph received his Bachelor's Degree from Mountain View College and he later went on to receive his Master's Degree in Science from the University of North Texas.

Joseph passed away on March 7, 2019. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Roylee and Emma Music; two aunts: Sherri and Lafrance; uncle Lynn and cousin Andre.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Mary; father Oye; two brothers Emmanuel, Olayinka and a host of family and friends.
