Karen Kay Gibson
Karen Kay Gibson was born on January 30, 1956 in Rockwall,
Texas to the parents of Willine Gibson and Theodore Williams.
She received her formal education from Rockwall High School.
Karen Kay accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age
and was a member of New Caledonia Baptist Church in Rockwall, Texas.
Karen had a heart of gold and loved everyone that encountered
her. She loved being in the presence of her family. She thought
the world of her Boys. She also enjoyed frequent visits to the casino. Playing the slot machines was one of her favorite pastimes.
She is preceded in death by her parents: mother Willine Gibson;
father Theodore Williams; two brothers: Wayne Moore and Melvin Traylor; seven sisters: Diane Jackson, Susie Wright, Sheila
Elaine, Wilma Smith, Hazel Williams, Debra Williams and
Shirley Stubblefield.
She leaves to cherish her memories five sons: Zachary Moore,
Christopher Moore, Damon Gibson, Kendrick Moore and Eric
Moore; a brother: Johnny Ray Williams and a sister: Carolyn
Fletcher and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and
friends.
She will forever be missed by all who knew and loved her. Her
love and legacy will shine through her sons and grandchildren
and extended family members and friends.
