Kevin Debose was born December 26, 1964, to Neta Kae Debose and Lee Foster Dirden in San Francisco,
California.

Kevin was a graduate of Castlemont High School in Oakland CA. He was a very active student growing up. He later moved to Texas in 1988 where he then met his wife, Marla Gooden. Kevin got married in June of 1992 at Sunset Baptist Church. Kevin and Marla were married thirty years, and have four children: Jerell, Jamelia, Kavon and Chalia.

Kevin was known for being a very hard-working man. He worked for HMS Host at the DFW Airport. He was a Supervisor for over nineteen
years. During his down time, he loved to spend time with family and friends. Kevin was also a basketball fan who loved the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors.

On October 30, 2023, he was greeted at Heaven's Gates by his father Lee Foster Dirden, his sister Laura Rene Sanders and grandmother Virginia West.

He leaves behind to celebrate his life: his wife Marla Gooden; children Jerell Gooden, Jamelia Debose,  Kavon Debose and Chalia Debose; his mother Neta Debose-Hill, brother Zachary Kennedy; grandchildren Michael Reynolds III, Mckenzie Varnes, Jace Varnes, Kassidy Debose, Kaelin Jackson and Kingston Jackson; nieces and nephews Kindra Pratts, Naike Pratts, Ronshay Goolsby, Tommy Lee Sanders and
Donte Pratts; seventeen great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Kevin was one of the best fathers, husband and son. A family man who meant business. He will be truly
missed.
