Kevin Harding was born on January 6, 1964 to Garvin and Helen Harding, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his sister Annette Washington (Lawrence); two brothers: Garvin Harding, Jr. (Betty) and Gerald Harding (Trena); five nieces; two nephews; one special friend Douglas Madden and a host of other relatives and friends.
