Marcella Louise Harper was born on June 7, 1958 in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Louise and Clarence Harper. She graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1976 and then later went on to attend Richland College.

Marcella was a resident of Allen, Texas for over 30 years. She had the ability to nurture others and left a lasting impression on every one she came in contact with.

On July 21, 2018, Marcella accepted the call of her Heavenly Father to live in her mansion in Heaven. She is preceded in death by both her parents; one brother and two sisters.
