Sister Mary Bell was born March 8, 1949, to Annie L. Hubbard Hall and George Hubbard, but was reared by her father Eugene Hall Jr.
She attended Richwood High School and later received her college education on the West Coast. She enjoyed working for the City of Richmond, California and Ross Pero Campaign Office. She loved meeting people and making new friends.
Mary rededicated her life to Christ in 2010. She was a member of the New Mount Hebron Church until her health prevented her. Over the last few years, she would occasionally attend Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church when her health permitted.
Sis. Mary entered into eternal rest on September 29, 2019. She was proceeded in death by her mother Annie L. Hall, father Eugene Hall Jr., Common law husband Howard Mitchell, son Vincent Johnson, brothers Kenneth J. Hubbard and Robert E. Hall, sister Sandra F. King.
She leaves her cherished memories to her beloved son Darryl D. Johnson of Monroe, La.; brothers: Eugene Hall III (Medessa) of Rowlett, Tx., Rickey D. Hall of Dallas, Tx., Roy Marcello Hall and James Hall (Sue) both of Monroe La.; sisters: Amanda L. Porter of Monroe, La. and Stacy H. Johnson of Sachse, Tx.; two adorable grandchildren: Darryl Perkins of Atlanta, Ga and one other of Alexandria, La.; one god-sister: Donna Ferguson of San Francisco, Ca. and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
