Maxcine Dunbar Richardson was born on July 7, 1934, in Plano, TX to the late Gladys Brown Dunbar and Willie Ward Dunbar. She was known as "Tina" or "T-99".

A Time to Grow
Maxcine received her education from Plano schools and graduated from Plano Colored High School.

A Time for Harvest
Maxcine accepted Christ at an early age and attended Ave H Church of Christ, which later became Ave F. She worked and retired from housekeeping. She had one son, Grady Dunbar, in March 1953 and married Bobby Richardson in Aug 1985. T-99 knew how to have a good time. She had an infectious laugh, and she was always the life of the party. She loved music and she loved to dance.

A Time to Mourn
Maxcine passed away at the age of 90 on Sept 2, 2024. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunty and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, all her brothers (Nathaniel Johnson, Willie James "Buck" Dunbar, Clarence "Buster" Dunbar, Earnest "Babe Brother" Dunbar, George "Stinky" Dunbar, and William Earl Denson), both of her sisters (Louise Shannon and Delores Dunbar), her husband (Bobby Richardson), and her son (Grady L. Dunbar).

Maxcine's legacy lives on through her surviving daughter in-law (Brenda Dunbar), grandkids (Kawenia Slaughter, Naomi LeFlore, Latoya Dunbar Ollie, Zoshia Dunbar, Ryan Dunbar and Jasmine Dunbar Hardy), great grandkids (Taylor Slaughter, Jacob LeFlore, Brea LeFlore, Madison LeFlore, Onajee Ollie, Ossiana Ollie, Dayln Dunbar, Ryan Dunbar Jr, London Dunbar, Carter Dunbar, Giovanni Hardy) and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
