Mr. Melvin Webb was born to the union of Henry Webb and Elizabeth Jackson in February 12, 1936 in Terrell, Texas.
He attended Bernett High School. He moved to Fort Worth, were he married Dorothy into that union were born 2 sons, Melvin Webb, Jr. and William Webb.
He is preceded in death by, his parents, Henry Webb and Elizabeth Jackson and one sister, Hazel Carr.
He leaves to cherish his memories, one sister, Mattie Chester and one uncle Alton Ates and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
