Raylene Peoples was born on June 11, 1941 in Dallas Texas to the parentage of Landry R Peoples Sr. and Erma Anderson Peoples, both preceded her in death. Raylene was the 2nd born out of 10 children.
Raylene received her formal education in Dallas Independent School District and was a graduate of Hamilton Park.
She found God at an early age at Shiloh Baptist Church in Garland, Texas under the leadership of the Late Rev. James Rowe.
