Rebecca "Becky" Turner was born August 4, 1958, in Dallas, Texas to parents, Della Mae Turner Durham and Algernon Turner.

We lost a sweet soul on November 22, 2024 to her illness. No matter the day, no matter the hour, if you asked her how are you feeling Becky, her answer was always "I'm fine". Becky never complained about any pain – she suffered in silence.

We will always remember Becky as the sparkle, Bling Queen – she loved the "bling".

Becky graduated from Berkner High School in 1976, and went on to become a dedicated employee of the Richardson Independent School District for 20 years in the Environmental Services Department.

Becky is preceded in death by her mother, Della Mae Turner Durham; father, Algernon Turner; brother, Algernon Turner, Jr.; sister, Sheila Jackson; nephew, Jerome Jackson; and niece, Candace Jackson.

Left to mourn Becky's passing is her loving and devoted son, Marcus (Shonnie); her lifelong and loving partner, Albert Walker.

Becky's memory will forever be cherished by her brothers, Percy, Roy (Sally), and Moses (Harprit); her long time best friend, Charmaine Jefferson; along with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles, aunts, childhood friends and numerous co-workers and friends from the Richardson Independent School District.

Becky will truly be missed.
