Richard Anthony Dunn died peacefully in Dallas, Texas at the age of 61 years old. Richard Anthony Dunn was born on January 24, 1958, in Dallas, Texas to Wesley Dunn and Shirley Wiseman. He received his formal education in the DFW area. He enlisted into the United States Army in Fort Knox, KY in January 1976. Richard fell in love and married Victoria Lewis and to this union, there were three children born. In his early years, he was employed by his father at Dunn's Construction and later obtained his CDL license to become an 18-wheeler truck driver. Richard worked for M.O.S. Enterprise for 15 years. He was a hardworking man with a love for cooking and watching sports. Richard loved his children, family, friends, and most of all he loved making people laugh.
Richard was a free-spirited person with an infectious smile and was loved by many. His friends and family loved to call him by either of his nicknames "Head Knocker" or "Richie Rich".
Richard's legacy will live on as he is survived by his five children LaTrina Graham (Stanley Clarke), Adrienne Perry (J. Kyle), Richard Anthony Dunn, Jr. AKA Max, Brandilynn Dunn, Vanessa Dunn Whitfield (Stephen); Ten Grandchildren Serrick Owens, Trimikael Graham, Jacolby McCray, Triston Graham, Joseph McCray, Kieyanna Dunn, Justin McCray, Jade, Thomas, and Jace; Two step-grandchildren Deandre James, Jr. AKA Biscuit, Lyrical James; Two sisters, Rosalind Chambers (Deon), Tijuana Young (Roderick); Two Brothers, Edward Green (Edworn), and Joel Hale. He is preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents Jack Jones. Sr., Helen Jones, Dorothy Hawkins, and Icem Ford, (Step-Mother) Shirley Dunn, (Brother) Dereck Dunn. He also leaves to cherish in his memory to a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends and friends .
