Obituary

Saudia Diaz Willams-Thompson Hamilton, was born to the
parentage of the late Marshall Lee Thompson and Doyce E.
Williams Thompson on September 29, 1966. Saudia was a child
of the Church by Nature, and she worked diligently in any area of
the church she was called on to serve. She was baptized at
Evening Chapel AME Church of Grand Prairie, Texas as a child.
She served in several churches over the course of her life,
beginning her church servitude at one of the home churches of the
Harrison-Williams-Thompson families.

Saudia graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1984.
Shortly after her high school graduation she met and married
Anthony Anduha, and to this union two sons were born, Justin
Anthony Anduha and Joshua Abel Anduha. After the dissolution
of her marriage to Anthony, she met and married Mark Hamilton
in 1990. To this union one son was born, Julian Agustus
Hamilton.

Saudia always had high goals in business, and in the law. She
began her business career with furniture manufacturers, in which
she distributed the furnishings of manufacturers of various ethnic
antiques furniture, rugs, and items that make a home complete for
her clients. Shortly after the birth of her last child, she returned to
complete her associate degree in business administration at
Tarrant County Junior College. In the early 1990's she began her
real estate career and used her mother Doyce Thompson as her
sponsoring broker. During her real estate career, Saudia
contracted the renovations of multiple government buildings in
the Dallas Fort Worth area, as well as residential renovations. In
early 2001 to 2002, Saudia organized and established the
Thompson family trust. It's an organization that focuses its time
and resources on assisting young people with determining their
career goals, and understanding the most important steps in life so
that they can proceed clearly in determining that beginning a
family is one of the most important challenges we are faced within life. The trust brought a focus on the utmost importance of
proceeding in trying to build a family with caution and love, most
of all love.

During Saudia Thompson-Hamilton's life, she undertook the
challenges of self-representation when any occasion presented
itself and demanded knowledge of process and theory of law.
Saudia did not allow any obstacle to prevent her from getting
matters resolved to her benefit. Her versatility of any subject
matter was quite remarkable. She was soft spoken in words, yet
powerful in action when resolution was needed. She stood her
ground in every case, yet she was such a wonderful person with a
loving personality. Everyone that knew her in business, law, the
neighborhood, or as friends always cherished her loving
character. She was a jewel that the Lord loaned us for 56 years.
We can never extinguish the light she shined around everyone she
knew.

Saudia Diaz Thompson-Hamilton was preceded in death by her
father, Marshall L. Thompson, both Grandmothers, Minnie L.
Williams and Joyce Harrison Willams, both Grandfathers, Harry
Williams and James Marshall, and her two younger brothers,
Marshall L. Thompson Jr. and Robert J. Thompson.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons; Justin Anduha,
Joshua Anduha, and Julian Hamilton (all of Arlington, TX), eight
grandchildren, of which she raised the three eldest; Justice (Nan),
Destiny, Gabriel, Jaleel, Riley, Nellie Anduha, Julian Hamilton,
Jr. of Barbados (The Virgin Islands), three great grandchildren;
Kyson, Kadence, and Kalani Green (of Ft. Worth, TX), her most
beloved mother; Doyce E. Thompson, her brother; Precht
Williams (Arlington, TX), two sisters; Erin Broadus (Corey) of
Grand Prairie, TX and Marsha Gaut of Arlington, TX.
