All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tyler's life and honor his gift of giving, hope and resolve. The family would like to thank Janice Whaley for her tireless commitment to saving lives. We also thank Dr. Maynard Dyson, Dr. Marc Schecter, Dr. Hoang, Dr. Mason, Dr. Casanova, Dr. George Mallory, Dr. Shailendra Das, Dr. John Goss and Dr. Morales for their dedication, commitment, skill, medical expertise, heroic nursing staff and technicians who adopted our son like their own and went far beyond the call of duty to keep Tyler alive for so long. Thank you Dr. Rosenblatt for accepting Tyler when no one else would take the risk on such a sick young man. Thank you all for caring about our son not just for our son. It was our pleasure to share the gift that was Tyler. To Sarah, please always hold true the deepest and most pure love of all and use it as wind beneath your wings.
