Vernon Wade Bailey born to the parentage of Rudolph and Beatrice Bailey on July 22 1956.

Under his father's guidance Wade would follow the blue print of his father as a pig farmer. Farming was the way Wade helped to support his family after the passing of his father. Wade would later go on to work as a construction worker for many years.

In 2005 Wade hired on with FEMA to aid in the rebuilding of New Orleans. He would later move to Arkansas where he met his life partner Doris. Wade and Doris would share their love until her passing.

Wade returned to Lancaster in 2019 until the Lord called him Home.

Vernon Wade Bailey joined his parents, son, and siblings on July 25 2023.

As they welcomed him, he leaves behind to carry on his memory three children: Katina Stigger, Tobias Stigger and Komonique Tallie; Grand Children Alexus Gray, Treyvon Nathan, Ashli King, A'dejion Carlton, Ashton Stigger, Tobias Stigger JR, Tobias Stigger III, Daravious Stigger, Aurvianna Stigger, Malia Stigger, Dacorey Wilson, A'dejion Carlton JR, Auria Carlton and Annaliah Carlton.

He leaves to cherish his memory with his family and friends.
