Walter Dunagin Jr. affectionately known as "PWee" was born July 9, 1946 to Walter Dunagin Sr. and Mable Alexander Dunagin in Minter City, Mississippi.

He attended Ester Toombs High School in Louisiana. He moved to Garland in 1965 and began working for Chamber Bros.

Walter met and married Oqullia Yates in 1966 and to this union three children were born - Walter III, Benny and Cindy. In later years, he went on to establish his own business - Self Employed Hauling for Builders for a number of years.

Walter was a selfless and devoted husband, father and friend who was always ready for a good conversation and a good laugh. He always made time for his family. He was known for his intelligence and strong character. He had a great sense of humor, a calm demeanor and always knew how to put a smile on your face.

Walter is preceded in death by his son Benny; father Walter Dunagin Sr., mother Mable Dunagin; sisters Dean and Rosie; brothers W.L., Robert and Ben Joe.

Those left to cherish his memory: his devoted wife Oqullia; son Walter; daughter Cindy (Terrance); daughter in law Sharon; grandsons Herchiel, Jordan, Phil and Little Walter; granddaughter Whitnee (Jason), Cam, Lanie, Kalina, Kashara; great grands Jaylin, Jadience, Journee, Jason Jr. Amai, Makhi; brother Chuck (Juana); sisters Posie, Sue, Grace and Windy (Alicia); and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Those who knew Walter "PWee" Dunagin Jr. will remember him as a kind, loving man and hardworking man with a generous spirit and a strong
sense of values.The memories he leaves behind will be a lasting treasure for generations to come.
