Obituary
Wanda Faye Donaldson was born on July 23, 1958 to W.D. and Ernestine Donaldson. She received her formal education from Wilmer Hutchins High School. She accepted Christ at an early age and served the Lord faithfully all her life.
She worked as a housekeeper, medical coder, and a Home Health Aide. Wanda was a loving, wonderful, and caring person who enjoyed helping others. She also enjoyed playing cards, board games, cooking, and bingo. She never met a stranger and will always be loved and missed by everyone who came in her life.
In 1996, Wanda met her loving and faithful companion, Rod Askey, who became the center of her life. They shared 20 wonderful years until God called His angel home.
She is preceded in death by her parents, W.D. and Ernestine Donaldson and her brother, John Donaldson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her companion, Rod Askey; children: Brenetta, Shemika and Derrick Donaldson; grandchildren: Quinton and Demika Donaldson, Jayla and Thadus LaCour and; her loving sisters and brothers and a host of other relative and friends.Services
